I have been in the real estate industry for well over a decade. I love this business and I love helping home buyers realize their dreams come true.

I have lived and worked in the Orlando area since July 15, 1981 and loved every day of it. I classify myself a real "Floridian" and proudly so. When I first decided to get into the real estate business I started out with a small company specializing in HUD properties. Since the office I was working for only handled HUD properties, I felt limited. So, I left and went to work for a new home builder. That was great, at least for a while. I was happy as a lark, but the builder was very unhappy with me. It seemed to the builder that I was looking out for the buyer's interests more than his and frankly that did not set well; hence, I was let go. For the record, he was right. I was working more for the buyer than my boss. Turns out, that was the best thing that ever happened to me because it was about then I realized I could and would be a buyer's agent. I could show new homes, resale properties, and any property on the market that met my client's wants and needs. It was there for me to research and provide. My entire real estate career has been built around the fact that my clients are the most important of all. Any home you buy, whether it be new or pre-owned, it's always about the home owner or builder, especially if you don't have a buyer's agent. So, here I am still living and loving my same passion; helping home buyers turn their dream of homeownership into reality!
